All items purchased online at www.esticca.com are subject to Portuguese legislation and can be exchanged or returned.
Exchanges or returns are only made for items that are within the deadline - 20 days, in perfect condition and in the proper shipping box. There are no exchanges or returns of used, modified, or washed items.
In the exchange or return, all shipping costs are borne by the customer. We advise that the items be sent to us by carrier or registered mail.
We do not make reservations and, for this reason, the item will only go out of stock when the exchange takes place. The exchange will only take place when we receive the item at our facilities and it has successfully passed our quality control.
